Short and simple shoulder stretch

This is a short stretch that helps to improve mobility of the shoulders. I used a broom stick but you could use a strap or belt too. Make sure to keep the elbows close to your torso. It improves our posture and lifts our spirits.

Gomukhasana – Cow Face Pose

What is Gomukhasana? It is a yoga pose, translated as Cow Face Pose. This is a fun way to see and practice it! This pose opens the chest and shoulders. It is a warm up for back bends as well as a Great stretch after being in the computer or other electronics. It is uplifting and boosts our immune system! Namaste!
