Ground Yourself with Fall Equinox Yoga Techniques

Dear amazing souls,

September 22nd marked the Fall Equinox – a beautiful moment in the year when day and night are nearly equal in length. This balance of light signals the official start of autumn, a season of grounding and preparation as the days grow shorter and our bodies attune to the rhythm of nature.

Our Special Event at Crunch Fitness WPP on September 22nd was such an incredible experience, and I’m truly grateful to all who joined. I look forward to sharing this grounding and restorative practice with you.

The week of September 22nd–28th is a wonderful opportunity to honor the shift of the seasons and welcome autumn with intention. One way to do this is through Fall Equinox Yoga. It is a practice designed to ground our energy, support balance, and help us adapt to seasonal change. Together, we explore gentle hip stretches, balancing postures, and calming breathing techniques to bring harmony to both body and mind.
